This study visit followed a consultation of Director of the Office of Parliamentary Institute of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, Mr. Lubomir Fajtak and Regional Director of NDI program to strengthen the legislative initiative in the Western Balkans p. Zuzana Papazoski with senior staff from the Office Parliament of Albania in Tirana on days 18 to 19 December 2013.
