Description

Due to the integration into the EU, Serbia must implement the reform of local government, increase its efficiency and availability. In Slovakia this reform is carried out as a project of ESO (effective, accountable and open government). Therefore, the Ministry of Interior establishes the MCC as the primary contact of physical and legal persons with the executive of the state. Visit the Client Centre in Bratislava will be an example for the establishment of a similar center in Serbia and a tool of avoiding corruption, which is widespread in Serbia.
