Main goal of this project is support of development of the local ADRA Albania office, volunteer will be involved in the preparatory phases of new projects, he/she will strengthen capaticies of the local office in communication with international organizations and will co-operate with the local team in implementation of on-going projects. The volunteer will dedicate his activities to building his/her own development capacities as well, gained through personal field experience.
