This project addresses two specific goals in the area of the effective municipalities and the civil society sector. The project is based on the idea that for the stable and vibrant democracy both the decentralization of the state power and active civil society are crucial. It reflects the need to create the link between the institutions and the public and transfers the unique Slovak experience and builds capacities on both sides to reach this objective. Particular focus is placed on the young leaders. The project is located in the Gagauzia region and the south of the country.
