The main goal of the Vincent Palotti Cultural Center project, which was established in 2016 ', is to improve access to pre-school education in the Kibeho area. The overall goal is achieved by facilitating access to education for children from the poorest families who would otherwise beg on the street while their parent (s) are looking for work as laborers. In addition to pre-school training, the center also aims to increase the quality and nutritional value of the diet, especially for malnourished children visiting the center. Another aim is to prevent disease and identify the individual needs of children in the Kibeho area.
