Description

Slovak Republic has fully paid its contribution to the Seventeenth Replenishment of the International Development Association. This financial contribution will contribute to the achievement of the overall goal of IDA17 which is focused on maximizing development impact and aid effectiveness in developing countries. IDA 17 thematic priorities include inclusive growth and addressing gender equality issues in developing countries, social impact of climate change on developing countries as well as solving complex problems of fragile and conflict-affected states. The 17th IDA replenishment is highest in its history with 52.1 USD bln. overall contribution (an increase by 2,7 bln. USD in comparison with IDA16).
