Public Accountants' Certification Training (PACT) is a certified training product of CEF and the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA). The aim of the PACT 2 project in Northern Macedonia is to expand the number of qualified public sector accountants and to create conditions for the introduction of compulsory professional training for the accountants.
