The synergy effect is promotion of organic farming principles for local farmers by introducing modern apiculture methods in farms to increase the efficiency of agricultural productivity as well as their additional income. The target group are Oromia farmers and other members of the local community, emphasizing the availability of project activities for women who will benefit from training as well as from modern hives, beekeeping equipment and the additional source of income.
