Renowned Ukrainian military historian J. Tynchenko will process Russian and Ukrainian archival sources as well as Austro-Hungarian and German memoir publications. The project will contribute to the involvement of Ukrainian local historians, archivists and publicists as a segment of civil society in the care of war graves and history according to EU standards. At the same time, it will help to activate interest in public administration and information for the Ukrainian public.
