The Goodwill Society, on the basis of an official request from the Governor of the Kunduz province, plans in cooperation with the NGO Kunduz Cultural Centre (KCC) to implement a project to build up a multifunctional center in Kunduz. This center will serve to all the people of Kunduz city, and especially to the needs of young people who wish to deepen their education and extend their knowledge not only in school subjects but also in other fields such as history, art, politics, economics, philosophy, computing, internet ... etc. It should also assure the development of the city and region in the context of the development of culture and education.
