Volunteer will contribute with his/her activities to new possibilities of financing and to connecting the organization to international networks. The volunteer will contribute to improvement of cooperation between organizations at local and national level as well. Transfer of transformation experience is another area where the volunteer will contribute to development of civil society in Albania, she will also look for new grant opportunities, writing and planning of projects, assistance to local partner with trainings, conferences and meetings or she will participate in networking and communication with other actors.
