The aim of the study visit was to implement proven and effective procedures from the Slovak authorities in the field of competition and state aid in the Moldovan practice, future cooperation within the framework of EU projects, cooperation in the framework of cases and providing common solutions under a Memorandum of Cooperation between AMO and CC MR signed November 20, 2014, strengthening law enforcement and the effective functioning of the competition authority of the Republic of Moldova, increase economic efficiency of public spending by modernizing State aid mechanism, improve the business environment in Moldova by supporting the transfer of experience in analyzing and optimizing the mechanism of state aid and minimize negative impacts State aid on competition
