ITAPA events, together with accompanying activities, are dedicated to bringing together entities that need or offer solutions in the areas of information technology, digitization of public administration (eGovernment), healthcare, smart industry, technology transfer and overall digitization of society. For 20 years, they have been the top platform of the entire Slovak IT community, which is regularly attended by around 700 participants, and in recent years it has also moved to the online space with almost 5,000 viewership. The intention of the organizer ITAPA is to create a permanent open platform, within which key representatives of political and professional life have the opportunity to discuss the most current issues of digitalization of society. The added value of these events is also the transfer of a lot of international knowledge brought to the participants by top domestic and foreign speakers and especially their subsequent networking, which leads to the exchange of inspiring ideas and the creation of new partnerships. The emphasis is on creating effective cooperation between the public, private and academic sectors. The project is unique in its multiplier effect on the involvement of the private sector in development cooperation, as the goal of the applicant's main product - the ITAPA conference, is the exchange of information, experience and networking for IT companies, public administration and academia. The project thus not only pursues the applicant's goals, but also increases the possibilities for greater involvement of Slovak companies in development cooperation. The main idea of the presented project is to examine the possibility of transferring the ITAPA format of events as well as accompanying platforms to other countries. Expanding ITAPA to selected partner countries of Slovak development cooperation would contribute to: •assisting Slovak business entities in creating new business opportunities and partnerships with local partners (from the public and private sectors); •increasing the level of meaningful involvement of Slovak business entities in the SlovakAid Business Partnership Program; •facilitating the mutual transfer of experience with digital transformation between Slovak and local subjects of the public, private, academic and non-profit spheres; •support and promotion of the latest trends and solutions in the field of digitalization of society not only from Slovakia but also from around the world.
