The goal of the project is to enhance the conditions and quality of psychological rehabilitation for veterans in Donbass and their families by acquiring new beds and mattresses at the rehabilitation facility in Slavyanohorsk. The project only addresses civilian care to displaced families of discharged soldiers within the framework of public social security of Ukraine.
