Description

Administration Agreement between the Slovak Republic, acting through its Ministry of Finance and the IBRD and the IDA concerning the Multi-Donor Umbrella Facility for Capacity Development. The objective is to scale-up the reach and impact of the World Bank Institute’s (WBI) strategy in the following areas: a) Open Knowledge (Structured Learning, Knowledge Exchange); b) Collaborative Governance (Government Transparency and Geo-mapping, Non-Governmental Actors’ Capacity, Citizen Engagement through ICT, Multi-Stakeholder Governance); c) Innovative Solutions (Competitions and Challenges, WBI Innovation Lab).
