The building of the school facility in the village of Svitanok dates back to 1974, and one of the most acute problems is the issue of energy savings. The lifespan of current windows is beyond its limits, contemporary wooden frames have already begun to rot. In addition to heat leakage, there is also a risk of some windows falling out. The aim is to rehabilitate this educational institution by replacing non-functional windows and window frames, increasing energy efficiency, reducing operating costs, restoring suitable conditions for the education and upbringing of children, improving hygiene conditions, maintaining the temperature regime in school facilities.
